Our commitment to accuracy
Kai Genesis is built on honesty. When information is wrong, outdated, or misleading we want to know and we will fix it. This policy explains how we handle corrections and how you can report an inaccuracy.
Accuracy is not just a legal obligation for us. It is the foundation of everything Kai does. A guide that gets things wrong is not a guide worth having.
What we correct
- Factual errors about providers (incorrect address, services, credentials)
- Outdated information (provider has closed, changed ownership, or changed services)
- Inaccurate statements about treatments, procedures, or medical topics
- Misleading descriptions that create a false impression
- Errors in Daniel's documented journey where factual accuracy is material
- Any other information that is demonstrably incorrect
How to report an inaccuracy
Send your correction request to [email protected] with the following information:
- The URL or page where the inaccuracy appears
- A description of what is inaccurate
- What you believe the correct information to be
- Any supporting evidence or sources (if available)
Found something inaccurate? Let us know.
Report an inaccuracy →How we handle correction requests
Our process for every correction request:
- We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
- We review the claim and verify against available sources
- If the correction is valid we update the content within 5 business days
- We note the correction at the bottom of the relevant page where appropriate
- We respond to the person who submitted the request with the outcome
If we determine the information is accurate we will explain our reasoning. If the situation is unclear we will add a note acknowledging the uncertainty rather than leaving potentially incorrect information unchallenged.
Provider removal requests
Providers who believe their information is inaccurate may contact us at [email protected]. We will review the request and update information where warranted.
We do not remove factually accurate information about providers on request. Kai Genesis provides honest guidance based on public information. Accurate information in the public interest remains published.
If a provider has concerns about safety-related information published about them, we will review the matter urgently and respond within 48 hours.
Kai's real-time responses
If Kai provides you with information in conversation that you believe is inaccurate, please use the feedback mechanism within the conversation to flag it, or email [email protected] with details.
Kai cites the date of its public intelligence layer. Information changes. If you have more current information than Kai, we want to know.
